After 6 years of having the filtering system, one of the caps started having a pinhole leak and caused the misty water. I emailed iSpring and Sean helped us the best he could by sending us the needed parts to get the system back on running. I appreciate the help and prompt response from the customer service and I am very happy with iSpring for the ultimate service provided. Thank you!

I love my water filtration system! The water tastes better than what comes out of the filter in my fridge, and definitely better than what comes out of the sink! Customer service is wonderful, especially Sean. The company stands by its product and its warranty.

Recently I noticed one of my iSPRING filter housings was cracked after diligent years of use (originally purchased in 2016). Sadly, I was unable to find a replacement part for my model and reached out to iSPRING directly for help. I was assisted by Sean who was polite, knowledgeable, and professional when he answered my questions and then explained that my model was now outdated. However, instead of sending me on my merry way, Sean placed a courtesy order and issued me a replacement machine head and housings after I supplied him with my purchase order details. I can say I was extremely surprised by this kind gesture from Sean and iSPRING! Thank you iSPRING for making quality products that are made to last and having such wonderful staff. My system lost almost all pressure, so I called and spoke to Sean. He suggested checking the pressure on the tank. I used my portable tire pump and raised it to 9 psi. (Recommended is 7-10 psi.) It didn’t solve the pressure problem, and Sean shipped a new tank out free of charge. This made me very happy about their level of customer service and integrity. Sean is great!!

I have used this system for several years and have always liked it. Recently, we purchased a new unit for my new house. After about a month of use, I noticed a water drip leak from the faucet. I’m not sure what to do next... it is frustrating...

I've been using the ispring 5 stage filter for several years. My water tastes wonderful. I have had to call for technical support a few times over the years, and their technicians always get back with me on short order. They're super helpful and walking me through hooking it up and changing filters. The last time I called I wasn't able to fit one of my filters due to ordering the wrong one. Michelle from iSpring was extremely helpful and sent me out a new one immediately. I'm so glad I went with ispring.

This is the best ro system I have ever used! Sean is the best and gave the best customer service I have ever received from any company! I use this system for my fish and for drinking water.
