Francis S. was such a huge help!!!My package was displayed as "delivered", but i did not actually receive the package. FedEx was no help with filing a claim, etc. So, Francis made a tremendous effort to investigate what could be done. Within 24 hours, he had approval to send me a new package! What a relief to know how understanding and considerate he could be. I am more than happy with my purchases through 123filter.com and the customer service i have received.Thank you, Francis! :)
