Small parts were packaged in sealed bags and were easily identified. Installation is easy and quick. The finish of this faucet matches the color of my kitchen faucet.

I contacted customer service because our faucet had several torn gaskets and O-rings. I was only going to ask if they had some to purchase or if they had the specs so I could try to get some at the hardware store. Michele stated that they don't have replacement parts and went above and beyond by sending me a whole new faucet! Super rare to receive this kind of service these days. Highly recommend this company!
