We have a WGB32BM whole house system plus the spin down pre filter. The system works great, and the the difference in the taste of the water is huge. Plus their customer service is excellent. When I needed some help with a minor maintenance issue, Michele helped me right away. Highly recommend.

I purchased the iSpring WGB32BM Whole House Water Filter System, and installed it yesterday, June 5th, 2025. It’s the 1st time in 3 years, I didn’t need to ask my wife, if the water was clean enough to drink from the bathroom!! We have city water, that shows up dirty looking at least once a week. I had a couple of questions, before installing it, and Sean from Ispring was very helpful, answering all my questions!! Thanks Sean!!

Nice filter. Installs easy. Ensure that you use plenty of plummers tape for connections. Filter does not have pressure gauges to measure the pre/ post pressure. For all the parts to install gauges is nearly 60.00. Kind of disappointing. Also there is no button to relieve the pressure. You need to add a ball valve with drain or add a spigot otherwise the filters aren’t coming off. Excellent customer service. I called with a question about reversing the flow. They answered the phone immediately and were helpful with the answer. You unscrew the bolts and turn it around, very easy to reverse the flow.

Spoke with customer service to spec out a system for a well. This system works great and there is a noticeable difference in the water!
