Tap Water 325 ppm Ice Maker 260 ppm RO Water: 20 ppm The 4 gallon tank does tank up a significant amount of space, but it still fit under my sinks along with the filter housing. I am old and slow and it only took me a little over two hours to get it installed.

I was concerned it would take up a lot of room under my kitchen sink but it's not as bad when we installed the system. No leak and no problem. Love the taste of the water.

Our first RO unit (not an iSpring) was junk and leaked from day one. Asked my plumber and he recommended iSpring. One housing came with a crack. Called iSpring and the cs rep immediately took care of my problem. Outstanding company to deal with.

This is a very convenient system once it’s setup. I no longer have to deal with filling any water filter pitchers daily or cleaning them. The filtered water tastes really good compared to plain tap water-and it’s cleaner now too! I am not a plumber by any means, but I was able to install this system myself by using the video instructions and a power drill. I’ve also been able to easily change the filters out myself. I would make sure that you either have a hole in your countertop/area or can put one in yourself to install the water faucet next to the sink though. My only real complaint is that the powercord that comes with this system type is a little too short to reach the outlet alone for our setup. One other thing I want to add is that their customer service is very helpful and treats loyal customers well. Sean from customer service was quickly able to set me up with a solution when I had an issue with the system. Overall, I would recommend this water filter system to others.

Had a small issue with a system we bought 7 years ago. Sean in customer service was amazing. Super helpful, isolated the problem, and had the replacement part out to me in days. Can’t say enough good things of the support and the product!! Mike from Ontario Canada

Sean has been great. He walked me through checking a problem with the system after I had gone through the troubleshooting videos and none of those things worked. Once diagnosed, he got a part out to me immediatly. Can't ask for better customer service
