Great products, great customer support! I wanted to extend the time between whole home filter changing, and discovered iSpring filters. Their self purging filter system was just what I needed. Michele in customer service took the time to listen to my needs, and advised me which system to buy. She even followed-up to make sure I was happy, which in today's world, is unheard of. My filter was over 5 years old and starting to restrict water. I could not remember what courseness I had so I went with one that was pretty course. As soon as I got it I realized this would let sand in and not what I wanted.I ordered another and when I recieved it I asked for the other to be returned. Francis quickly responded and refunded me for the first one.Both came very quickly and I was happy with these replacements.

This is my 2nd purchase of this very fine product. It is everything they say it is ... easy to install, compact and effective. I moved 9 months ago and one of the 1st things I did was replace the preliminary filtration system with this nifty little unit. I also received stellar post-purchase customer service from Don, who was extremely helpful & attentive to my issue/question ...
