After 6 months the water become slim. My husb found the cartrige has so much built up. It is nice to replace just the cartridge instead of the whole filter.

I highly recommend this product for your shower filter needs. Even if you have a filter from a different brand, it should fit snugly as the size if quite universal. Measure yours and check the size before you buy, though.
