Intelligent Smart RO System

RO600 is a next generation system. Accompanied with Modern Technology, it comes with a Smart Panel. When the system is turned on and filtered water is being distributed, the "ON" light flashes. When the system is in standby mode, this indicator remains on. The operating panel has a filter life monitor. When the filter change is required, the machine will beep and the white light will indicate good filter life, while the red light will represent bad filter life.

Excellent product better customer service

Incredible water filter even better customer service!I couldn't be happier with this tankless RO system. Installation was surprisingly painless and straightforward. I had it up and running without any real hassle. The biggest win for me is how much space it saves under the cabinet. Getting rid of that giant traditional storage tank freed up so much room under my sink! The brushed nickel faucet looks super sleek on the counter too.What truly sets this apart though is iSpring's customer service hands down the best I have ever experienced with any company. Great customer service amazing product

I purchased a tankless RO600BN to replace my under sink tank type 2 years ago. Works perfectly. When I recently changed the filters the unit would not reset. Called support and talked to Sean who was very professional and walked me through the process of getting the unit back online and assured me if it still didn‘t work he had my back. Everything worked as he said and we are once again with great water. Thank you Sean fantastic customer service!!!

Great clean water.Let's you drink much more as I was used

I got it 2 and a 1/2 years ago since then I'm drinking a lot of water has a very good taste much better than the water you buy in the store from any brand and I had a little problem with it. And the service was prompt excellent can't expect anything more. Very happy customer

Amazing service

I've had several iSpring reverse osmosis units including this RO600. The filters are great. But the best part of is the service. You will never find a company like this these days... they are available by phone answer questions and have sent me parts when things didn't work. Products works perfectly. Easily installs under the sink and takes up little space. The water quality is excellent. Had an issue with the filter change out and Nick at Ispring customer service was extremely helpful in resolving. The customer service excellence suggests a company with a good customer focused culture.

Great Customer service from iSpring and Sean

I purchased this system 2 years ago to replace an undercounter tank RO system. It worked very well and meet all our expectations. Two (2) months ago I need to replace the filters and when I did I could not get the unit to reset. I contacted Sean at iSpring and he walked me through resetting the unit. When that did not work Sean sent a replacement unit with new filters. I could not be more pleased with the support I received from iSpring and Sean. We are now back to having great RO water from iSpring. Thanks!

Bought this product for almost a year. Due to unfamiliar with the tankless RO system I had a lot of questions. Special thanks to Nick he was the customer service person who did a real good job to answer my questions and helped me understand how this system works. Once fully understood how this system work I could verify the quality of the filtered water and feel confident using this system.I recommend this product.
