The filter was very easy to screw on, even with someone with no experience doing things like this, and after getting it set up the water has no chlorine smell any more. It is easy to find this replacement cartridge by the model number.

First cartridge lasted for almost 6 months before I noticed pressure drop. Very impressive compared to previous cartridges from another brand, who claimed that their filters could last for 8 or even 12 months. Theirs ended up clogging after 2 months. Turned away from them immediately. Anyways, this cartridge lasts way more longer and comes from a reliable brand- iSpring. Will definitely buy again!
