Intelligent Smart RO System
The RO1000 boasts a Smart Panel that illuminates the "ON" light while dispensing water and remains lit during standby. Additionally, the panel has a filter life monitor that uses a blue light to indicate a good filter life and a red light to signal a replacement is needed. When it's time to change the filter, the machine will beep to alert you.

We purchased/ installed our RO1000 under sink system a couple of months ago. It was relatively easy to install. Our system was making a noise that I thought sounded unusual. I contacted customer service and worked with Sean. He provided the absolute best customer service i have ever experienced. Sean helped me figure out my issue and I am now very pleased with our system. Because it's tankless it uses less space under our sink. The water tastes excellent. Yes I would purchase this water system again!
I had a plumber purchase the RO1000 filtration system from a retail store and installed the unit for me. Six months later I purchased and replaced the PC filter on my own (without using the same plumber) but ran into issues resetting the filter button. I emailed customer support for help but was advised to contact my plumber before moving forward. The product sells at retail stores so a simple customer service call should resolve most minor issues. Customer service was disappointing although the product seems innovative. _x000D_The red blinking light and beeping noise remains an issue without being able to reset.
