Features

Whole House Well Water Chlorinator System
  • WWC25 gives you high quality water

    High Accuracy

This chlorinator system can achieve accurate chlorine residuals of 0.2 to 1.0 ppm in water. Coupled with an included pulse water meter, the dosing pump can inject the desired amount of chlorine according to the water flow measured by the pulse water meter. The chlorine residual level can be easily adjusted by using the UP and DOWN buttons on the dosing pump, depending on your water quality.

  • WWC25 requires low maintenance

    Low Maintenance

Instead of checking chlorine levels weekly, this well water chlorine system only requires making a new chlorine solution in the solution tank once every 1 to 3 months.

Regular technical parameters
  • Minimum/Maximum feed water pressure = 35 - 100 psi
  • Minimum/Maximum feed water temperature = 39℉/4℃-100℉/38℃
  • Maximum filtered water flow: up to 22 GPM
  • Target free chlorine residual in product water: 0.2 to 1.0 ppm
  • Spin-down water filter supplied: WSP50
Installation Requirements

It is recommended to use 3/4'' CPVC pipe (not included in the package) to connect appropriate parts of the chlorinator, made in 3/4'' NPT. For example, the injection tee and pulse water meter should be connected with a 3/4'' CPVC pipe cut to the desired length, so are the check valve and sediment spin down filter. You can choose pipes with other sizes, but you will need proper fittings to change from 3/4'' NPT to your desired size.

WSP50 can be replaced by WSP50ARB

WSP50 can be replaced by WSP50ARB

WWC25 comes with foot valve

Foot valve

  • The foot valve is designed to draw fluids upwards from the solution tank and into the dosing pump.
  • It also serves as a check valve to maintain the suction of fluids, preventing them from flowing downwards and back to the tank.
WWC25 comes with Chlorine and pH Test Kit

Chlorine and pH Test Kit

To test the free chlorine residual in your water following the chlorinator.

  • If you have an optional contact tank added to your chlorinator, you should sample the water after the contact tank but before any activated carbon filtration system.
  • If you have no contact tank, you can test the water at any point after the injection tee but before any activated carbon filtration system.

Refer to the instructions on the test kit for detailed information.

WWC25 comes with injection tee

Injection Tee

  • The injection tee is the dosing point where chlorine enters the water supply line.
  • It also serves as a check valve that prevents the water in the supply line from back-flowing to the pump.
  • The injection tee needs to be cleaned 1 to 3 times a year, depending on use.
WWC25 comes with suction tubing

Suction Tubing

  • The suction tubing connects the foot valve on one end and the suction side of the pump on the other.
  • Dimension: 1/4 in. ID x 3/8 in. OD x 2.5 ft.
  • Material: clear PVC tubing (soft and transparent)
WWC25 comes with air exhaustion tubing

Air Exhaustion Tubing

  • The air exhaustion tubing connects the degassing port on the pump to the solution tank via the pre-drilled hole.
  • Dimension: 1/4 in. ID x 3/8 in. OD x 1.1 ft.
  • Material: clear PVC tubing (soft and transparent)
WWC25 comes with discharge tubing

Discharge Tubing

  • The discharge tubing connects the pump discharge end and the injection tee.
  • Dimension: 1/4 in. ID x 3/8 in. OD x 6.5 ft.
  • Material: translucent PE tubing (stiff and translucent)
WWC25 comes with ceramic weight

Ceramic Weight

The ceramic weight is placed on top of the foot valve to help it stand vertically at the bottom of the solution tank.

WWC25 comes with pulse water meter

Pulse Water Meter (7" L*4" W*5" H)

  • Measure the water flow for the dosing pump to decide the amount of chlorine injection.
  • NSF 61 certified.
  • Can be installed horizontally or vertically.
  • Reed Switch: 1 pulse per gallon.
  • Min. and Max. Flow Rate: 0.5 to 22 GPM.
  • Lead-free.
  • Accuracy: +/- 1.5% of maximum flow.

Optional Parts

WWC25 has contact tank

T1054 Contact Tank (Optional)

Contact Tank

  • Pressure Tank Thread: 2 1/2″ NPSM
  • Pressure Tank Inlet/Outlet Connector: 3/4″ NPT
  • Type of the tank: pressure vessel
  • Diameter: 10 inches
  • Height: 54 inches
  • Max. capacity: 1.5 cubic feet or 16.38 gallons
  • Max. operating pressure: 150 psi/10 bar
  • Max. operating temperature: 120℉ or 50℃
  • It is recommended to install the optional contact tank after the chlorinator, so the chlorine and water have enough contact time to ensure the water is appropriately disinfected.
  • Fiberglass pressure vessels provide years of reliable service.

Cap for Contact Tank (with two connectors and two clips)

  • Install with the contact tank.

3/4'' NPT Push to Connect Straight Connector

  • Connect the contact tank to the CPVC pipe.
