I bought my Spin down filter with auto flush it does a great job and I am very pleased with it.Nick has always been very helpful full with ant questions that I have. He has gotten back to me in days.

I just put in our WSP50ARB filter very nicely built unit simple installation. Looking forward to cleaner water entering our water heater.Sean was helpful with registering the unit for us.

I purchased the iSpring WSP50ARB spin down sentiment filter. I had read the positive reviews regarding the system as well as their customer service and support. After obtaining the sentiment filter I noticed the electric module that opened and closed the filter automatically was not completely shutting off. I had to use the Manuel dial to operate it. Upon contacting Customer Service I spoke to John who sent me a new module. Within a week with the new module it was back to automatically draining the filter. I am so impressed with the customer service and the system is working perfectly now. Thanks again John and thank you iSpring. I will definitely refer this company when it comes to filtration systems.

Huge shoutout to ISpring! Their sediment filter was super easy to install and the automatic flush mode means I don��t have to change it all the time��score! A year later I ran into a tiny issue and called their helpline expecting to talk to a robot�� but Sean picked up right away. He was friendly didn��t make me feel clueless and helped me troubleshoot immediately. He even shipped the part I needed and I swapped it out myself without crying once.We��re now looking at a whole house water filter for our other home and there��s no question��we��re going ISpring all the way. Great product but the customer service is what really wins.

We have had our iSpring Reusable Spin-Down sediment water filter (with the auto flushing module) for a little while now. It has made a huge difference in our water. We have well water with a ton of sediment & this filter has greatly decreased maintenance on other components in our water system. The best part is the customer service! Sean has helped us immediately on the few occasions we needed assistance or parts. I can't say enough good things about this company's customer service!

We invested in a whole house water filtration system using iSpring and it has been in service since June of 2023. I appreciate the superior customer support iSpring gives its customers and most especially our go-to guy Nick. When I reported to Nick that the screen on our sediment filter had begun to split he checked our warranty and immediately sent us a replacement. I just wanted to post a review of my Amazon purchase of 2 iSpring filters. I found the products to be very effective and well made and highly recommended. In particular tech support is very important as I had some questions on the sediment spin down water filter I purchased. I dealt with Sean at iSpring and found him to be very responsive and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. It's important to have good tech support and help when installing these filters and Sean certainly rose to the occasion. Solid recommended company!

At my plumber's recommendation we installed an iSpring whole-house filter system. After seeing all the debris the filters have removed from our water I'm very happy we decided to install them.I also want to give a special thanks to Nick for his outstanding customer service. After 4 years of use the plastic mechanism that turn the valve has worn enough that it does not completely shut the valve.

Loved the touchscreen interface which has an amazing digital screen. Had some troubles so I called Ispring and spoke with Nick. He was super helpful!

I've had the system for several years as I have Heavy Iron particulates. The WSPARB is the system is the only things that stands between the destruction of septic pumps washing machine filters and other necessary household equipment. I recently called for a few extra gaskets and spoke with SEAN. He was fantastic and extremely thorough. What a great product and the customer service (SEAN) is the best. Highly recommended!!!!
