Prospective Patrons please seek alternatives to iSpring

Poor Customer Service Experience and order fulfillment. I received wrong item. After contacting iSpring and speaking with Nicholas I thought everything was back on track for me receiving the correct item so I felt comfortable asking for a coupon or discount for future use (filters etc). After sending that request via email Nicholas calls me shortly after with an aggressive tone and very disrespectful. He called me within 10 minutes of them closing so perhaps he had a bad day and was taking it out on a customer (me). I have filed a BBB complaint and will be publicly posting about my extremely poor experience with iSpring��s very best customer service rep nick / Nicholas. What an awful way to treat a customer. I would highly advise prospective patrons of iSpring to weigh our options for water filtration. Customer service here is atrocious.
