The ISpring Company WSPARJ-BP Filter is excellent for removing sediment/ debris from the influent water stream. More importantly Customer Support has been beyond excellent. I would like to personally thank Nick for all of the prompt replies and service related to the product support. There are always questions and information needs for customers. A solid and well trained customer support group is always a key indicator on how well an organization exists/ operates/ and treats its customer base. I-Spring is an excellent testament to this well done. Thanks again Nick for the help

This iSpring filter system is really good. I had a problem with Auto Flushing box and called customer support. I spoke to Nick who was very responsive. He informed me that there was a manual shut off knob in the box which I think the plumber threw away. Explaining my issue he thought that that might be easier for me to use as the filter needs to be cleaned every 2 weeks and I cannot take off the filter housing without taking off auto flushing unit. Thank you Nick. I appreciate good customer service.

I had a small iSpring sediment filter on my water system until last month. Due to increased sediment issues I had to replace it with the jumbo size spin-down filter (WSP-ARJ-BP). The unit I received had some minor damage so I called iSpring's customer support line. Sean answered my call and worked with me to quickly get a replacement. He's kept in touch making sure I received the right item. We installed it last week and it has been a life-saver. The built-in backwash and flushing feature are great. Here's a shout out to Sean who helped get us back online and register the warranty.

2 months ago I installed an ispring prefilter (WSPARJ-BP) before my existing water softener an ispring whole house water filter system (WGB32B-MKS) after my water softener and an ispring reverse osmosis system (RCC7P-AK) after the whole house filter with a line into my fridge. I am very happy with a very noticeable improvement to the water in the shower and the perfect tasting water from my fridge. My well water was fine to drink but had a high TDS and I preferred the clear taste of bottled water so I was using the big 18L bottles in my kitchen but now the TDS with this RO system is even lower than the bottled water so I now have great tasting water without the inconvenience of lugging the big water bottles around. The water in the shower feels softer even though I previously had a softener and there is only minimal loss of water pressure. Wished I had installed these filters years ago.

Great product and good customer support. We have alot of sediment and iron in our well water requiring more frequent filter changes than I want to deal with. We added the spin-down filter before our regular whole house cartridge filter and it has improved water quality and reduced the frequency of filter changes significantly. Customer service helped us out when we had an issue with the first unit we installed and replaced it under warranty with a quick and easy process.

This thing is a dream come true! We have a lot of sediment from our well water and I had installed two different spin down filters before the water went through our three stage replaceable cartridge filters (which get completely clogged up very quickly anyway) but that seemed to restrict our water pressure so that showers the washing machine etc wouldn��t function properly. I bought the automatic flushing big one and took out the smaller ones. Now it flushes itself daily for 90 seconds and the water pressure stays good. Love it!!! By the way I plumbed the drainage outside with pvc pipe and it works great.

Products work as advertised. Purchased six so far (washer two water source a/c heat pump units and well).

Our well water has a lot of minerals and iron in it. Our cartridge filter had to be replaced every few weeks. We installed the 100 micron iSpring self purging filter and it??s been 2 months and haven??t had to replace the cartridge filter since. We are now adding a 50 micron iSpring in addition to the 100 micron for added removal of the iron.

I purchased this product for my open-loop geothermal and house water. The larger filter size was a significant improvement over previous solutions which needed to be cleaned often. When I received the system it was not exactly what I expected though did not have time to change it to the model I wanted for over a month latter. When I called customer service Sean was very supportive and it was a simple change out of the head to get the back-flush mode I meant to order. Excellent customer service to rectify my ordering mistake.

Have had this filter for almost 2 years and it works great removing fine sediment from our well water. Really like the auto flushing feature. I ordered a replacement screen and swap screens about every 6 months to give them a good cleaning. Only issue we��ve had is the plastic wrench broke recently. I couldn��t find a replacement online so called customer service and Sean said they would send a replacement free of charge! Nice to see a company standing behind their great product!

This is the second time in last few years that I had the pleasure of working with the Technical support team. Recently Sean was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. I have to say that this company is doing things correctly when it comes to standing behind their products. Sean was very helpful and in my opinion is the type of person that any consumer would want to work with while resolving issues. He obviously has the right moral courage and character to what is right. Many companies today are more like insurance adjusters where they are representing the bottom line of the company in a manner that actually causes distrust which ultimately will result in fewer sales. Sean's approach is one that helps build strong bonds of trust with customers. Everything in business really comes down to trust. Statistically people buy from whom they like. This trumps product quality and price every time.?I almost never write reviews today. It is rare to interact with people who Get it.

I purchased this filter assembly with bypass an automatic flushing valve in July. In November I noticed that my pump was cycling on and off and discovered that the flush valve was leaking by and would lose pressure and the pump would cycle on and then immediately back off. I called Ispring and spoke to Sean. He was very responsive and assisted with troubleshooting the unit concluding that the valve was in fact defective he immediately sent the new valve body assembly and it is now working perfectly. I can��t say enough good about the responsive customer service and what a pleasure it was to work with Sean to identify and resolve my problem immediately. Kudos Ispring and especially Sean.

My whole house pre-sediment filter control module was malfunctioning not closing the valve automatically resulting in a flood in my garage. Please note this was a house we recently bought so I did not have the invoice. Sean was kind enough to send out a whole new housing unit and control module free of charge anyway! Excellent customer service and would highly recommend their products.

I m using it as a pre filter on a well pump. The large 50micron is before the 20 micron filter._x000D_Now I can go over a month before changing the 20 micron filter. I have only had had it over 2 months and right now. I no longer have to go check the 20 micron filter two times a week.

I had some basic questions about the unit but Michele offered a lot of supplemental technical and practical info on the unit that wasn't clear from promo materials or manual. This info made the filter an easy choice and I purchased it promptly after the call._x000D__x000D_We purchased the item through a third party seller and realized a couple parts were missing after installation. I called customer service and found myself talking with Michele yet again! Michele's help was efficient kind and thoughtful efficiently and she had the missing parts shipped out to us later that day. _x000D__x000D_The product's unique in the filtration space; build quality's great and installation was easy. This addition massively improves the affordability and efficacy of everything in our system.
