iSpring RCB3P 300 GPD Light Commercial Reverse Osmosis Water System W/Booster Pump and 20"x 2.5" Pre RO Filters

Very impressive as it filters my well water with ease . I use it for irrigation water as my well has about 140 ppm of salt I need to remove . Also get crystal clear great tasting drinking water from it . I have been very pleased with the quality and quantity I have been able to get out of it. Brings the tds down to 3 and the the salts down to 1ppm with new filters . I am glad I found I spring great product . And the customer service is here in the USA . I bought this back in November 2025. I ran this unit without giving it a break for a day and a half. Do not do this as you will burnout the relay and/or the pump. I called customer service and Sean explained to me that those parts need a rest and offered to send me a whole new head unit which he did. Once I had the new head unit set up there was still minimal flow est. 60gpd. I called customer service once again and spoke to Nick. He offered to send me new membranes. I just installed the three new membranes and am now getting close to 400gpd to start. I'll check again once the unit has operated for a while. Sean and Nick were of great help when I called to try and diagnose what the problem was. They were very knowledgeable and helped in diagnosing the problem. They were quick to help rectify the problem. There should be some mention that this unit should not be used continuously though. I use it to fill a 500 gallon reservoir to hold the water until I need it. I've installed a toner to give breaks to the system between operation periods. It seems to work great so far.

I purchased an iSpring RCB3P 300 GPD Commercial Grade Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System w/ Booster Pump and Oversized Pre RO Filters from Amazon. I had an issue with a defective pressure gauge (not a thing that could be predicted or prevented) and I contacted iSpring to see if I could purchase a replacement gauge but it turns out I could not the reason is because Sean the representative at iSpring replaced everything without charging me for it. Here is what I need to say about the iSpring RCB3P 300 GPD system:It has been a water filtering workhorse producing clean water above their stated quantities. It took my hard water of 283 ppm down to 8 ppm and my waters heavy iron and calcium levels made it undrinkable. It now it tastes amazing. During this time using the RO system continuously I had a few small parts issues and contacted Sean at iSpring and I have to say I received the best and most amazing customer service I have ever witnessed! Seriously they support their products well above and beyond any company I have ever done business with. I am completely satisfied with iSpring��s products and service I would give 100 stars if allowed.Thanks Sean!!

My father installed this. It took him a few hours to install the RO system on his own but he didn't have much trouble at all.

Our company's RO water is meet by this little guy and works great for our needs. Ispring support Don and Nick's ability to help with an installation question was a breath of fresh air. If you need more volume we would recommend its big brother.

Been working well for two months now! I had a slight issue with the booster pump but Sean from iSpring offered exceptional customer service and sent me replacement parts immediately. One of the main reasons I bought this unit was because of this company's customer service reputation and I can see that they live up to that! Overall very happy with the unit. Very well made and quiet!

I've used this filtration system for months and it does great paired with UV sterilization. Big thanks to Sean for providing good customer service and helping me get the correct replacement filters.
