Overview
The RCS5T is engineered to meet the needs of light commercial and high demand environments, making it the optimal choice for small restaurants and small businesses. It produces reverse osmosis water at up to 500 gallons per day, a pace that allows it to function as a tankless system without affecting functionality or convenience. The centerpiece of the system a RO membrane and is fueled by a high powered booster pump. Higher water pressure to the membrane results in faster RO production and less drain water being rejected. These factors culminate in the RCS5T achieving an exceptional 1.5:1 pure to drain water ratio. The RCS5T can be used with water pressure sources as low as 40 psi, and has a built in pressure gauge to provide an accurate pressure reading. A power source is required for the booster pump, and a holding tank can be added to the system for high usage situations.

Product Summary
The iSpring RCS5T is a tankless reverse osmosis filtration system. The RCS5T's RO membrane produces RO water at a rate of 500 gallons per day while delivering 1.5: 1 pure to drain water ratio.
The system removes chlorine, hardness, heavy metals, toxins, and a long list of other water impurities. For large families or light commercial use in small restaurants, offices, coffee Shops, or any small business.

Note: All flow rates stated on our reverse osmosis systems and membranes are assuming a water temperature of 77°F. Water temperature changes will affect the flow rate. For every degree F the temperature lowers, about 3% of product flow is lost. For every degree F the temperature increases, about 3% product flow rate is gained. This occurs because water with a higher temperature has a lower viscosity and higher diffusion rate, which makes it easier for the water to permeate the RO membrane. Lower feed water temperatures during the winter season will result in a decrease in flow rate.

We have three iSpring reverse osmosis water filtering systems at different homes. The filters are fantastic and make our water taste much better than unfiltered water. We have not experienced any problems with any of the systems and the filters are easy to replace. Whenever we have questions about any of the systems Sean has always addressed them quickly and completely. Sean is an experienced and knowledgable service provider. iSpring is fortunate to have such an employee. I have attached a photo of one of our systems that is over 15 years old. It still works great.
This is great product. I wasn't sure about the iSPRING 500 GPD RO system for my business until I talked to Sean. He explained in details and I am very happy with the unit. My Hoshizaki Cresent Cubes came out clear and not cloudy. Customer service is live tech and not chat online like other companies.
For about 10 years our lab was running an old CR500 system for our analyzer. The membrane was becoming harder and more expensive to find. The wonderful people at iSpring replaced the unit for us to a RCS5T which uses the upgraded and less expensive membrane. First of all ordering equipment from a family owned company like iSpring was a home run. This company takes pride in their products and they genuinely care about their customers and their needs. We bought our RCS5T in 2018 and it has performed flawlessly until now. Our unit has developed a tiny leak in one of the three filter caps. I called customer service and I got Nick and I asked about purchasing a new part for the machine. He told me that the best direction was to replace most of the body of the filter and that the company would comp me with those parts. I am amazed and pleased by how responsive the ISpring company is to their customers!We have really enjoyed our ISpring and we use it to filter most of our drinking and cooking water. We live in a 116 year old house and the city supply lines running to our house are very rusty having been replaced last who knows when! Filtering our water gives us a certain sense of security that we are consuming the best water we can. We started using a final polishing filter that actually adds a few minerals back into the water at the very last so our water tastes a little like mineral water.We can only say kudos to ISpring and Nick in customer service for taking such good care of us with this problem and for offering an excellent product in the first place.

This is a very well engineered unit. It comes as an assembly not as individual pieces. It includes two pumps (infeed and outfeed) with all components mounted in a stand. Please note that it does not come with a collection tank which you need to buy separately. Shipping was fast and customer service is great. Watch the YouTube video before starting setup which gives a great step by step set of instructions. It is also relatively quiet the pumps make a low level of noise. The unit is very compact. We are very pleased with the purchase.

With all the RO water filter brands out there iSpring has the best tech support. I called regarding my iSpring 500 GPD not working properly Sean helped me resolve this issue quickly over the phone. For my next water filter system it definitely will be iSpring.
I purchased a 5 stage RO system a few years and recently the RO housing/RO membrane changed. I reached out to customer support at iSpring and explained my issue. Sean at iSpring asked me to send pictures and my address. Sean then sent a new head for my system which is the filter housings pump and frame. I was able to install all of filters and then replace my old system with the new system and have excellent quality RO water from the updated RCS5T filtration. We are so happy with the customer service that Sean provided and iSpring products.
I always drank bottled water because tapwater where I live does not smell or taste good. So I had got used to bottled water and wasn��t confident if a water filtration system would provide me the same drinking water experience. So when I first purchased the ispring tankless RO system back in 2018 I was skeptical. After 7 years of using it I can confidently say that I made a great choice. While I expected the unit to remove all the contaminants and bad odor from the tapwater what I was surprised was that adding the alkaline filter cartridge made the water taste similar to bottled water that I had got so used to. Another good part is its low maintenance. All I��ve had to do every year is to change the filters once per year and it takes me less than an hour. I do change the alkaline filter every 6 months and it takes me 15 minutes to do it. As a long-term customer ispring courteously offered me a free chassis upgrade to their latest tankless RO unit and I just purchased the filters and installed it in the place of the old one. The filters are easily available from Home Depot which makes it very convenient. The newer unit while delivering the same quality water has a much faster flow rate and its footprint is the same as the old one. Very satisfied with the company customer service and the product. If you��re looking for a compact low maintenance high quality drinking water filtration system this might be an excellent choice.

I am stopping to write this review since i did have to call customer support the other day and have to say that Michelle was very helpful. The first time I called was to get a kit part number for the filters. We got that sorted out then I was a cheap o and ordered from overstock. Once I got my filters and was installing i got to the RO membrane and learned I have an older model that uses a different one than what comes in the kit. Michelle was there to help again. We got the proper membrane on its way and soon i will be running at full strength again.We use this in our Coffee Shop to help elevate the quality of our products and to extend the service life of our equipment.I really appreciated the quality customer service and will conduct my business directly in the future for sure.Thanks!
