iSpring WSPARJ NSF Certified, Whole House Spin Down Sediment Water Filter, Clear Housing, Upgraded Jumbo Size with Touch-Screen Auto Flushing

We have a new well that has a lot of sediment so I ordered this unit and had a plumber install it. I have so much sediment that it needs to flush daily but the set up goes right to the sink and is all automatic.I had concerns because of the amount of sediment and contacted customer service. Sean was extremely helpful. He took the time to review the testing on the well water and we discussed several options. He sent me an extra wrench for turning the lever (which can otherwise be hard to turn) so I could backwash the filter as needed. He also sent a larger micron filter to decrease the sediment accumulation in the filter.The unit works well but the best part has been the exceptional customer service.

I bought this filter for my well water which is heavy Iron and Manganese. It works very well at filtering debris. The clear housing does get discolored by the iron which makes it look orange. I have used Vinegar to remove some. The filter itself and auto flush work amazing. John at Ispring��s service team is awesome and has helped me with my Reverse Osmosis system I have. This company has fantastic customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Their products are easy to install and come with a lifetime of tech support.

I bought this system back in August of this year. I had been putting it off for several years because I wasn't sure how good it would be. After talking with some friends who have it I went ahead and purchased the whole system. I wish I had bought the ispring system back several years ago when first started looking at them. I have no regrets with this. It takes all the chlorine odor out of the water and makes the water crystal clear! You can take a shower in the morning and you won't smell like chlorine when you get out. I installed it my self. If you can do basic plumbing this should not be a problem to install. I thought there would be a difference in water pressure by going through so many filters but there wasn't. I had some questions on one of the filters and their rep Sean took time out of his busy and walked me through some issues. Very good customer support service! My wife loves it. Best addition to our home yet. You need to get this. Good people to deal with

Bought this 4 years ago. Works great but I had an issue early on with the auto flush module not keeping time. They handled my case quickly and to my satisfaction! 4 years later still going strong and helping to keep my well water clean!I have no pressure loss sediment capture is great (have high iron) I've had no issues with corrosion and the capacity is perfect for my use case. 2 thumbs up! ;-)

My prefilter developed a leakage problem and my lawn was getting soaked as it was being slowly watered 24 hours a day. I called Nick and he quickly sent me a replacement unit that solved my problem. Great service!

I had rather significant sediment in my old well. This filter resolved the issue (after trying several others I should add. This one didn't clog up as fast and resulted in much better water pressure). Recently I wanted to replace the automatic flush module with the manual knob not because it didn't work just because I decided to... I couldn't find the knob that came with but I called ispring and got Sean on the line. Super nice and had a new knob two days later. And at no charge!

The threads for the barbed connector should be standard pipe tape threads.

Nick was extremely helpful with my product warranty replacement issue. He knew exactly what the issue was told me what needed to be done and is having the new part shipped out today. Excellent service! This jumbo whole house filter has been amazing for years does a great job of removing the sediment before the water moves into the additional media filters. I highly recommend this product and this company!

I have had a spin-down filter for about a year now. I went up to the cabin in the mountains after winter and found the filter clogged and I was unable to remove the housing. I called and spoke to Nick who was very helpful suggested that I use a hair dryer to heat the top of the housing which may loosen the top of the housing. Just in case the housing broke he sent me another with two seals. I was able to remove the housing and clean the filter. Nick in customer service was the best. I would recommend this product to all of my friends.

I reached out to Sean and rec'd great Customer Service. He sent out a complete unit for replacement of parts which was easier than piece milling it. Unit has filtered sand as stated for over two years.

Works great for well water sediment. I was clogging a small whole house filter in about a day. Put this on and I have great flow. I set it to self clean once a day.
