iSpring FP25B Multi-layer filtration allows for fewer clogs and minimal pressure loss. This water filter is specially designed to remove sediments, dust, sand, large particles, silt, dirt, and rust that can clog the filters that follow.
The Second Stage Water Filter
The second stage of iSpring WGB32B-DS whole house water filter system is an anti-scale water filter.
The filter media can effectively sequester calcium and magnesium from your source water, preventing your pipes and household appliances from scaling and clearing partially clogged piping.
Our premium filter media inhibits corrosion, particularly iron, steel, galvanized, copper, and lead, by coating the surface of your pipes. The coating also helps to stabilize chlorine as the chlorine will not react with the metal pipe if it exists.
The Third Stage Water Filter
The third stage of iSpring WGB32B-DS whole house water filter system is a carbon water filter.
iSpring FC25B carbon block water filter uses high-quality coconut shell carbon and highly compact fabrication tech for maximum filtration efficiency and filter life. It filters up to 100,000 gallons of water (or lasts up to 12 months) and removes up to 99% of chlorine from water, as well as color, cloudiness, and various taste and odor compounds.
Q: Does this system soften water?
A: No.
WGB32B-DS whole house water filter & descaler uses polyphosphate to prevent scale from forming and attaching to your pipes, sink, shower, dishwasher, and other household appliances. It can also coat the surface of your pipes to prevent them from corrosion. However, this water filter system does not remove calcium or magnesium so the hardness of your water will remain the same after filtration.

With a filtration capacity of up to 250,000 gallons before replacement, it offers excellent long-term value. The system supports a flow rate of up to 15 GPM and is compatible with 20-inch by 4.5-inch filter cartridges, making it suitable for larger households. The 1-inch NPT inlet and outlet ensure easy installation, and the system is DIY-friendly, coming with the necessary filters and wrench for straightforward setup.
The WSP50ARB prefilter is an essential part of this bundle, designed to remove coarse sediment before it reaches the main filters. It features a 50-micron food-grade stainless steel mesh screen and a lead-free brass machine head, ensuring durability and reliable performance. The flushable, reusable spin-down design makes it easy to clean and maintain, while the built-in housing scraper helps remove trapped debris. The integrated touch screen auto-flushing module offers multiple flushing modes—auto, semi-auto, and manual—along with dual power supply options, making maintenance easier and more efficient.
