Bought this to replace a Rayne softener. This unit was easy to install. Just had to re-route a bit of the supply piping. The installation manual's operation section could use some work, but the YouTube video helps. The folks at iSpring actually answer the phone and are very helpful. If you have any questions, Nick has the answers. I particularly liked getting their free extended warranty, which he helped with.

Very easy installation because we already had a 1 flexible line. There are only two lines in and out so installation was a breeze. There is a very concise video for the first time use that made set up and very programming easy. I had directly contacted sales to extend the warranty and Nick was extremely professional and quick to respond. So that was easy too. So far the system seems to work perfectly without much stress. Setting up an account on the website was easy too thanks to Nick.

I purchased the iSpring whole house water softener. My second purchase from iSpring. I have their RO water system and because of the customer service I received when I had some questions about that system I decided to spend a little extra and purchase this system instead of the big box store brand. Luckily I did as I had a catastophic failure with the contractor who installed the unit. The unit was installed at our weekend house so I was not there to supervise. Anyhow when I return a few weeks later the system alarm is going off. I then remove the top to discover the back wash was going straight back int the system and soaking all of the electronics - everything was corroded from the salt water. I called iSpring and spoke to Nick about the situation hoping for a discount or some type of help. He had me send pictures of the problem and said he would see what he could do. The next morning he asked where should he send the replacement unit. I asked how much and he said No Charge. I couldnt beleive it. I am so glad I spent the money to purchase from this company! I want to acknowledge and thank Nick for going beyond any expectation I had. 100% I ould recomened this company based on the interaction I have had with their support team. Oh and the products work wonderful also.

I purchased the softener from Lowes after installation it was not softening at all. I called iSpring I talked to Nick. He gave some suggestions to make it work. After about 15 or so E mails it still wasn't working right. So he recommended a new unit which I'm very happy to get it after spending months trying to get it to work.Nick was a great help. I have had the WCS45KG since July 2025 and am thoroughly pleased. The plumber I had install it did not have any problem. Almost immediately I could see the improvement in my water quality with no or little loss of pressure. The only reason I did not give a 5 rating is that the unit had an electrical problem and had to be replaced. Shawn took my call quickly diagnosed the problem and a new softener was delivered within a week.

I bought this water softener spring of 2025 and initially could not determine why my water was not soft. I worked with Sean who was extremely helpful in resolving an installation error. The water softener works great reducing the hardness from 630 to about 100 which is acceptable.

After I installed my iSpring water softener I noticed a marked change in my water quality. I have the four stage filter so I have more than just the softener. One of the nice features is that it doesn��t use very much salt a bag per month-ish. I��ve owned it for over a year now without any issues.

I purchased the WCS45KG because of a previous positive customer service experience with a 2 stage filter. I bought it from Home Depot and it's solid. Easy to install followed the pretty simple directions and it was done. I did have a question about the softness so I called Ispring and spoke with Sean he guided me through a few settings and told me what to change. Sean is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend buying from a company like Ispring. They actually answer the phone and assist immediately when needed.

I installed the Isprings whole house water softener and have been so disappointed with the results. I haven't seen a change in my waters softness or iron levels. It also uses a lot of salt. I would keep searching if you're looking for a water softener
