Great support!

I bought the RC100 about a year ago and the unit I have has been great - it does everything I've hoped and the little unit serves our family well. Recently our unit stopped working after about 1 year and it just wouldn't turn on. I contacted iSpring support and Nick was super responsive and helpful to work with me. This reminds me of a key reason i decided to purchase this iSpring unit - during my research I read about the company's excellent support and that it's based in the USA and Nick's proven the excellent support to be true! For anyone considering purchasing a RO system keep this in mind. Buying from a company with a US-based support team could be a huge differentiator if you ever need help.

I love this system. Don't know how we lived without it. Always have fresh water instant hot water or warm water for formula if you have a baby. Quite compact size for the functionality. This product as well as the customer service behind it is excellent. Both 5 star! My wife and I purchased our system in December 2025. My wife loves the hot water functions and I like how easy it is to refill the water as well as the large tank. All around excellent! Unfortunately after about 4 months something happened to the machine and we could not get the electronic controls to function. I attempted everything in the manual to fix it but finally had to contact customer service. Thank you IRIS! Once she ascertained that we had done everything we could she simply asked for our address so she could mail a replacement. As expected we love our new machine and use it daily. I've waited a bit to write the review just to make sure everything is running great and it is. I would highly recommend purchasing the RCD 100 or one of its variants if you've ever desired clean fresh water. It provides great water as well as the convenience of instant hot water at different temperatures.

We have been looking for a RO system for a while. Currently we rent an apartment so no drilling holes no changing the water supply... This over the counter system perfectly meet our needs. The shipment was fast and the installation was not hard at all. Simply plug it in and the unit will take care of the rest. We were concerned if it will make any noise when we sleep but actually we wouldn't have to worry it at all. It stays super silent over the night. Love it!

What happens with the wasted water? Does it come back to the water tank?

The iSpring RCD100 countertop reverse osmosis system offers an innovative solution for dealing with waste water compared to traditional RO systems that drain it away immediately. With this advanced RO system, waste water is cycled back into the raw water tank and initially mixed with the raw water. As the waste water getting a higher concentration of contaminants, it is separated in the right-hand side cube and not filtered again to ensure the RO membrane is not exposed to water outside its working concentration range. The collected waste water can also be recycled for non-potable uses such as mopping the floor or watering plants.

How long does the filter last before needing a replacement? Also, what's the model of the compatible filter?
