Multi-layered Filters

Precision Performance

The system consists of 5 different stages, each one designed to remove contaminants and improve water quality:

3 Pre-filters: PP sediment filter. GAC Carbon filter. Carbon block filter. They remove large contaminants and protect the RO membrane from chemicals like chlorine and chloramines.

The heart of the system is the Reverse Osmosis (RO) filter that removes contaminants down to 0.0001 microns.

Fine GAC final filter provides final polishing before the purified water is delivered.

I bought a spring awhile back and just has an issue with one of the Filter canisters leaking. I called iSpring customer service line and was connected to Sean who has been awesome helping me turn off the water and release the pressure. Sean helped me with the needed replacement parts and has been more helpful with support than I have seen from any company lately. I have recommended iSpring before but now it’s my only recommendation for R/O. I have been very satisfied with the R/O unit up til now and with the amazing customer service I have not been disappointed.

Thank you Sean and iSpring.

Outstanding support Sean went above and beyond

Outstanding support Sean went above and beyondI inherited an iSpring RO system with my new home and it started leaking with no manuals left behind. I called iSpring support and reached Sean who diagnosed the issue over the phone and asked me to send photos. He quickly spotted that the system had been mislabeled and was missing components and as a courtesy he shipped me a complete new machine head housings and a pressure regulator free of charge arriving within days. His instructions for transferring the membrane and filters were clear the install went smoothly and the system now runs leak-free. This is the kind of support that earns a customer for life. Thank you Sean and iSpring! (Tip: the photos attached show the new setup.)

Best after service ever!

The service after the sale is second to nobody. I have had my Springfield for around ten years. Mine started leaking in the head of the setament filter so I called the help line to see if I could purchase parts. To my surprise Sean told me my machine was obsolete and they didn't carry replacement parts I was bummed but Sean said he would just send me an updated head. I received it yesterday and installed it this morning got tell you this isn't service you can't get everywhere thank you iSpring for being awesome. I would not consider using another brand iSpring for life! If your on the fence buy from iSpring they are awesome.

Great product!

My iSpring Reverse Osmosis system has provided me with clean refreshing water without having to buy bottled water. The installation was straight forward and easy. The instructions were written with common sense and the color coded tubing allowed for error free proper connections. A minor problem occurred a few weeks after the installation but a solution was quickly diagnosed by iSpring's knowledgeable technician Sean. Sean noted that a spike in water pressure was the probable cause and that he would send me the parts to fix the issue. Sean's diagnosis was correct and once again the system is working perfectly.

Impressive Customer Support

After more than 5 years of flawless performance my iSpring RCC7 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis System developed a pinhole leak in the 1st Stage Filter Housing. After attempts to find replacement parts online led me to discover they would not be compatible with a system as old as mine I contacted iSpring Customer Support to find out if/how I could remedy the situation. Through this contact I met Sean in their Customer Support Team. Sean took the time necessary to understand the specifics of my situation and was very thorough in confirming what the problem was to ensure he could resolve it. In less than a week after my initial contact with Sean at iSpring I have received and installed replacement parts for my system. It is up-and-running like new once again. Thanks for a great Customer Support experience!

Wonderful Product and Support

The RCC7 is an awesome home RO system. I am going on my eighth year with it and will buy it again if I ever need a replacement. The product is high quality the instructions are clear and most of all the service is unparalleled. I have dealt with Sean multiple times and will continue to ask for him by name. He is helpful listens carefully and keeps his word. He promised to send me two parts and three days later they were at my doorstep. Had a leak fixed it fast!!!

Noticed the second filter housing had a hair size hole leaking under the sink. After shutting system down and removal of the filter housing large crack in bottom. Bottom of the housing could have blown out. Discussed problem with Sean and he took care of me by replacing the head and included a protection pressure regulator to correct fluctuations in the city water pressure. Despite having to deal with an ice storm and a bad case of the flu Sean continued contact with me to insure the shipment arrived quickly.

Great replacement parts for my RCC7

Sean in Customer Service was awesome. There was a slight delay on shipping of my replacement parts for the RCC7 5/6-filter system but once Sean got a hold of my order he was able to get it pushed through without further delay. Even included the water leak shut-off valve as an extra. Everything installed and back to normal with RO water at my sink. Thanks!

Highly recommended for the quality of their water systems and outstanding customer service.

Ive been using an iSpring reverse osmosis filtration system for several years and it has served me well. Recently my system started leaking. I contacted iSpring to ask about the availability of replacement parts. After reviewing all the details Sean from customer service informed me that my system was simply too old for individual replacement parts. To my surprise iSpring sent me a brand-new head unit with all of the housings. Essentially I received an entirely new system minus the filters and storage tank. This level of goodwill and customer support is rare these days. Sean went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and willingness to help. Because of this experience I will absolutely remain an iSpring customer for many more years.Highly recommendednot just for the quality of their water systems but for their outstanding customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

We purchased the iSpring RO system in 2018 and have enjoyed the great tasting water. A few weeks ago I noticed water on the floor of the cabinet under the sink. After eliminating any sink issues we determined it was a small crack in one of the RO large filter canisters. I contacted iSpring (along with a photo) enquiring for the correct model number so that I could order a replacement online. Sean @ iSpring Customer support explained pressure cracks can appear overtime and advised that iSpring would be replacing the RCC7 assembly. It arrived within a few days. WOW! Did not expect this type of support from a supplier. We are very appreciative and send kudos to both Sean for his courteous and efficient actions and to iSpring for exceeding our expectations.

Just make sure you use a cobalt drill bit for the faucet installation when installing the faucet on a stainless steel sink; will save you time frustration and worn bits. Added 6th stage mineral filter after a few months.

I also purchased a digital water quality tester and verified that the newly filtered water was consistently testing at around 24 ppm (vs the 250 ppm from our unfiltered tap water). For now the new system is working great and making great tasting water.

Tested the water after install and PPM went to under 10. Our water now tastes great.

I live in an area with very hard water and have had a softener for the last 5 years. Very satisfied with the results. Water tastes great. TDS about 15.

FAQs

Is the reverse osmosis system worth it?

The Reverse Osmosis water filter can remove contaminants down to 0.0001 micron. This Reverse Osmosis water filter system removes up to 99% of over 1,000 contaminants, including vinyl chloride, chlorine, fluoride, lead (removes up to 98%), arsenic, asbestos, calcium, sodium and more. How does Reverse Osmosis work?

Reverse Osmosis is a process that reverses the water flow so that water can go from concentrated solution to the dilute solution by passing through a semi-permeable membrane. A Reverse Osmosis membrane has a pore size of approximately 0.0001 micron, which will remove up to 99% of the contaminants, including lead (removes up to 98%), fluoride, arsenic, asbestos, calcium, sodium, and more.

How is reverse osmosis different from filtration?

Filtration is a process in which particles from the water like dirt and sediment adhere to the surface or pores of the absorbent medium, typically polyester, polypropylene, Active Carbon, etc. But it cannot remove other contaminants like Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), including calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium, and others. The microfiltration filter has a pore size range from 0.05 to 5 microns. Reverse Osmosis is a water treatment process that reverses the flow of water by using pressure to push water through a partially permeable membrane to separate water molecules and unwanted contaminants. The Reverse Osmosis membrane typically has the pore size of approximately 0.0001 microns.

How difficult is the installation? Can I install this RO system by myself or do I need a plumber?
