My RO membrane's housing was leaking after many years of use and I needed to get a new one. Then I contacted with ispring and their customer service lady Francis had assisted me finding the correct product to fit in with my RO system and processed the shipping. It came in within a few days and worked perfectly! It is a good product fit perfectly with no more leak. I recommend ispring products to others. I appreciate all the prompt help that I have received from the customer service. Thanks Francis!

Works great but in the instructions they should include to check the outlet under the sink and confirm not controlled by the garbage disposal switch.
