Excellent customer service!

I had ordered this filter more than a month ago. It wasn't fitting properly into my tankless system resulting in water slowly leaking out from the front. This was likely because this specific RO filter was a faulty sample since I had replaced the other filters CF and CA/CB of this tankless system multiple times. I contacted iSpring and explained this to Nick who went above and beyond with his customer service by sending me another replacement RO filter for free. He sent that new filter to my new address since I was in the middle of moving. That new filter fit well into my tankless system without any water leak issue and I'm very happy with Nick's customer service!

Water Filter

Customer Service non-existing .. cannot call just send an e-mail. Even after placing phone message there is no one to reply back to you. I am waiting 2 weeks already na communication. Filter itself is filtering quickly for the first 10 out of 90 days. After initial 10 days it takes 24Hrs to filter whole container. Not good at all. Filter cost is high. Some $50 per replace insert.
