iSpring UVB55FS 55W UV Replacement Lamp UV Bulb for UVF55FS Whole House UV Water Filter

Nick, at ISpring, is awesome. Our crystal inside the UV was broken by the delivery truck. He replaced it immediately. If Nick isn’t the boss, he should be training everyone there. I’m sure they are all good, but this guy is super and friendly as can be!

Purchased about 3 years ago. Have to replace the bulb every 3 months which sucks especially when I'm told the bulb should last a year. So what gives?

Original bulb lasted just over 18 months. The new one came right way was packed very nicelyand worked perfectly.

I purchased an ultra violet lamp and received the wrong lamp. I made no less than six calls and left messages to several mail boxes. I never received a return call from Nick or any other representative. I paid for the return of the incorrect lamp expecting some sort of credit. I have received none.

My UV filter was glowing but not killing the stuff in my water. Sean filled me in the bulb needs annual replacement as it will loose effectiveness after that time even though it's still glowing. He also recommended having a spare bulb and a spare quartz tube for maintenance which I bought.

I've had an iSpring whole-house water filter system for 3 years which includes the UVF55FS. UVB55FS is the proper replacement bulb for this unit (4 prongs on one end). Be sure to order the correct one. I did not this time. Received an older bulb (2 prongs on each end and larger diameter). Sean and John (customer service) were very helpful in getting the proper bulb shipped out. Sean has provided good advice in the past to help extend the life of my UV bulb. Getting 12 months + life from this model of bulb. Many thanks.

I think this will be my 4th or 5th bulb in 3 years. I use my system with a flow meter so the bulb isn't lit all the time. I should only be on my first bulb according to their 9000 to 10000 hour bulb. Getting to be wasteful spending at this point

The UVF55FS was easy to install and works great. My first lamp lasted longer than expected and the replacement bulb was installed in about ten minutes. Quality products!

These UV filters work great we live on cistern water over the years I have ben adding whole house filters to make our rain water as clean and safe as possible adding the UV filter with this bulb was the icing on the cake kills any bacteria left after sediment and carbon block filters great product!
