1

Installation Step 1

Included with the package are a metal adapter with 2 male ends, a universal adapter and sealing washers.

2

Installation Step 2

Remove the aerator from the faucet it has one.

For faucets with external threads, place the sealing washer into the metal connector of the faucet filter and connect to the faucet. If your faucet has fewer threads, add the sealing washer from the metal adapter into the connector as well for a better seal.

For faucets with internal threads, use the metal adapter to connect the faucet filter to the faucet.

For faucets without aerators, attach the universal adapter to the outside of the faucet.

3

Installation Step 3

Turn on the faucet.

Turn the diverter handle in line with the connector for regular tap water.

4

Installation Step 4

Turn the diverter handle perpendicular to the connector for filtered water.

To flush out the loose carbon, keep the faucet on for a couple of minutes until water runs clear.

very useful and practical

I bought the device in February 2026 and was very happy with it from day one. Unfortunately the diverter handle did not divert fully the water flow six months later. Having contacted Sean of iSpring a replacement faucet filter was sent to me which I now received and installed. It works perfectly for now. It seems that the cause of the problem was a premature corrosion of the metal parts of the original diverter with the result of loss of complete isolation of the flows between the faucet and the filter. Many thanks to Sean for his rapid and efficient intervention it is very much appreciated. This also makes me trust iSpring for the quality of their after-sales intervention.

iSpring is terrific; Sean exemplifies it

My first review topic is service. When I had a problem Sean was receptive understood and quickly resolved the problem. Service is a big plus for iSpring! Installation of the faucet filter is easy as is changing the filters that last quite a while---500 pots of spaghetti for example. Flow through the filter is a as strong as just the faucet. Products and service are easy simple and very satisfactory. Both are required for loyal customers of which I am one.
