Excellent Water Filter — Great Product and Outstanding Customer Support

We’ve been using iSpring for almost three years now, and our whole family absolutely loves it. The RCD100 is incredibly convenient, especially because it provides hot water instantly. Making tea takes seconds, and I personally love drinking warm water first thing in the morning — it has become part of my daily morning routine. The unit is easy to use, convenient, and something our family uses every single day. I’ve actually recommended it to several of my friends, and a few of them have already purchased iSpring systems and are very happy with them as well.I also want to mention the excellent customer service. When I recently needed support, iSpring was very responsive. My representative, Nick, was extremely helpful and resolved my issue even faster than I expected. It’s great to know that the company stands behind its products and takes care of its customers.Highly recommend the iSpring RCD100 to anyone looking for a convenient countertop water filtration system with hot water and excellent customer support!

Worst investment this year.

It worked for about a month then little things start happening. Sometimes the hot water doesn't work, you have to unplug it every time it runs low on water because it doesn't detect that you added water, when you need a certain amount of water it stops where it wants and will give you 3 beeps when you try to get the amount that you want. I can't believe that I fell for it. I bought this in January and it's just been giving me problems from the beginning. Now I have to look for another system. When it works right it's great but most of the time I'm cussing at it.

Outstanding Customer Service (Thanks Sean!) & Excellent System!

My original iSpring RCD100 system stopped working, but iSpring’scustomer service - specifically Sean - was exceptional. He respondedquickly and sent a brand-new replacement unit without any hassle. It'srare to find customer service this reliable. The replacement unit has been performing wonderfully:Easy Setup: True plug-and-play countertop convenience with zeroplumbing required.Instant Hot Water: The 4 temperature options make making tea, coffee,or quick meals effortless.A top-tier water dispenser backed by an outstanding support team.Highly recommended!

We Love our iSpring!

We are a family of five and, before purchasing our iSpring system, we were buying 8–10 cases of 16 oz bottled water from Costco at a time. Since getting our iSpring, we have stopped buying bottled water altogether! The water tastes great, it’s incredibly convenient, and it has made a huge difference for our family. We recently needed to contact iSpring customer service for assistance, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Nick. He was amazing! He was responsive, helpful, and made sure we were completely taken care of. He has also followed up with us to make sure everything was good, which you just don’t see very often anymore. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only makes a great product but also provides excellent customer service and follows through after the fact. Our only regret is that we wish we would have taken the leap and ordered the sparkling water option too!We couldn’t be happier with our iSpring system or the support we received from Nick. Highly recommend!

It is a countertop water filter. It filters water. From the top of your counter.

I've only had this for about a week but I quite like it. There's no plumbing needed, you just refill the tank on the back. There is a bit of a setup process, as you have to flush the filters, which involves running a few tanks of water through the system and dumping it out. (Protip: when it says to empty the tank, they mean you should dump out what's left in the tank and then refill it. Dumping it out is important, as I will soon explain!)Things I didn't know about countertop reverse-osmosis filters but now do: it's not just that "water passes through a filter". It's more like "good water passes through the filter and polluted water gets left on the other side". The tank actually gets the polluted water put back into it (though the design makes it impossible to send the worst of it back through the system). Consequently, you'll see the TDS ("total dissolved solids") count keep going up as your tank gets lower. For better filter life, you should probably just empty it and refill it when it gets down to the last third or so. (The climbing TDS will remind you anyway.)Anyway, the clean, filtered water passes through into a pitcher on the side. If you want a glass of room temperature filtered water you can just use that pitcher. If you want it chilled or heated, you can use the dispenser on the front. (It also comes with 2 pitchers so you could fill one and put it in the refrigerator and then put the other one on the system to fill up.) For cold water, you should activate the cooler ahead of time. For the most part, the unit sits idle and completely silent. Presumably the cooler has to wake up now and then but I never seem to catch it in the act. It works, though. And the hot water is just a couple degrees under boiling, so plenty hot enough for tea.Note that they do say that this is intended to filter city water. It would presumably work on, say, lake water, but that's not what it's meant for and I suspect you'd ruin your filters a lot faster. I'm not sure how long the filters last in a practical sense but I'm still on full "4 bars" and I'm putting everything I drink through this. The output tastes great (well, you know, tastes like clean water anyway) and while I think the interface could be easier to use (a totally separate section for the quantity selection might be nice) I'm happy with it.I will update if I have any issues but it also came with a free 3-year extended warranty which I have not filled out or read yet so I can't speak too much to that, nor is it clear if every unit will always come with that.

Good hot water dispenser and customer service if it breaks

Purchased this product in October 2025 to replace a much lower cost one from another manufacturer that had stopped working after about a year. This one from iSpring at least has USA support. Easy to assemble out of the box by following the YouTube video. Product worked great for 6 months then it suddenly would not turn on. Others have reported similar issues in Amazon reviews. Still giving it 4 stars as the customer service from Nick was awesome and fast. We received a replacement unit without hassle in a few days and are set up again. I will update review if we experience further problems.

Love the iSpring

We’ve had the iSpring RCD100 5-Stage Countertop Reverse Osmosis System in our home for a while now, and it’s become something our whole family uses every single day. We absolutely love it. It’s made it so easy to have clean, great-tasting water on demand without dealing with our hard water issues. I love the way it heats up water. We never have to boil water for tea!One of the biggest reasons I wanted this system was to get chlorine and that typical tap-water taste out of what we drink, and it’s done exactly that. The water tastes noticeably cleaner and smoother. We use it constantly throughout the day for fresh drinking water, tea, and my daughter uses it for hot chocolate, which has actually become a little routine in our house. The unit itself has been very easy to use and convenient as a countertop solution. Setup was straightforward, and it’s been reliable since day one.I also want to call out the customer support. The distributor was extremely helpful, and Sean in particular went above and beyond. He was quick to respond, genuinely kind, and made sure every question and need we had was handled right away. That level of support makes a big difference when you’re buying something for your home that your family depends on.Overall, this has been a great purchase for us. Clean, great-tasting water, instant hot water for drinks, simple to use, and backed by excellent customer service. Highly recommended for any family, especially if you’re dealing with hard water.

Great customer service makes the difference!

I purchased the iSpring RCD100 5-Stage Countertop Reverse Osmosis System in December last year, and it has been an absolute game-changer, especially for someone like me who loves drinking warm water! The system delivers pure, great-tasting water, and the instant hot water feature with four temperature settings (up to 205°F) is perfect for my daily tea, coffee, or just a quick warm drink. Setup was a breeze—no plumbing required—and the compact design fits beautifully on my countertop. The 5-stage filtration, including UV sterilization, ensures every sip is clean and refreshing, and the 2.5:1 pure-to-drain ratio makes it efficient and eco-friendly.After nearly a year of flawless performance, my unit unexpectedly stopped working. I reached out to iSpring’s customer service and was connected with Nick L., who was incredibly friendly and professional. He listened to my issue, offered clear guidance, and within less than a week, I received a replacement system at no hassle! The new unit is working just as perfectly as the first, and I’m back to enjoying pure, warm water daily.I can’t recommend the iSpring RCD100 enough! Not only is the system itself top-notch—easy to use, efficient, and reliable—but the outstanding customer service truly sets iSpring apart. If you’re looking for a high-quality countertop RO system backed by a company that stands behind its product, this is the one to get.
