Excellent Customer Service

The handle on the spigot that I purchased from ISPRING began to get harder and harder to turn. I called ISPRING and talked to a customer service rep named Sean. I explained the issue and sent him the receipt of the purchase. Within about a week I received a brand new spigot. We love the shape height and brushed nickel finish on the spigot. Sean was very professional and helpful. I was most delighted that I found a company that stood by their product. In this day and age that is most uncommon.

Worked well for several years but then started leaking. I think I have to get the round cap off the end of the faucet lever but it doesn't appear that there is any way to get it off short of using some kind of metal tool that will scratch it.
