Hardware issue resolved (by replacement)!

I contacted iSpring with an issue with my tankless filter staying in rinse mode after I replaced two of the filters. I couldn't get the tap to repressurize and the RO membrane just seemed to be nonstop rinsing. Nick helped me out with a replacement. It took a week to arrive but was very easy to swap out (with the c-clips and some towels handy) and had only one minor issue with startup in the new system. Thanks iSpring and Nick for getting back to me in an absolute sea of other bad customer service experiences. I really appreciate also being able to talk to a human and not a chat bot
