Features of ispring WSP System

High-quality Materials

WSP Series utilizes 316L food-grade stainless steel and has passed the explosion-proof test over 500 psi pressure and the water hammer test over 100,000 times.

Prolong Service Lives of Your Appliances

WSP Series is your reliable choice of pre-filters. It protects and extends the life of your standard filters by removing the large dirt, sand, and rust particles before they reach the rest of your plumbing system, including water softeners, water filtration, and expensive appliances.

Easy Installation and Maintenance

The WSP series is flushable and reusable. It is recommended to flush it regularly (daily or weekly), depending on the water usage, sediment amount, and the hardness level. However, as hardness tends to form a hard scale that clogs the screen, simple flushes may not be sufficient. When necessary, remove the stainless steel cartridge and clean it with a brush, and/or soak it in vinegar.

Filtration Guideline

The WSP spin-down sediment filter comes with a variety of options in micron size.

Smaller microns allow less through, but to get most life and efficiency out of your filters it’s important to only go as small as you need. Differences in water quality and your water pressure affect the performance of the WSP. Please avoid the mistake of using 'fine' filters for 'rough' water and causing the filters to clog sooner than expected.

Use multi-stage filters to achieve one of the best filtering results and longer cartridge life.

Plan to manual clean often and don't expect much filtering at all.

I've had two of these on my main water inlet since Nov 2025 (one 100 micron into one 50 micron into one 20 micron whole house filter into one 5 micron whole house filter) all post-pressure tank, pre-softener. Thought it would help with our areas water table sediment problem (Central IN) and keep me from changing filters so often. Alas, no. COMPLETELY UNIMPRESSED for three main reasons;1) As we bought a set, we quickly found out that they ARE NOT MARKED, inside or out, making returning them in their respective vessels extremely difficult, if not impossible, as the screens look nearly identical.2) When valve flushing, which we did nearly daily, they do not clean the screens nor ANY significant amount of sediment. You MUST remove and clean by hand. In our case, at least twice per month.3) We STILL have to change out our whole house filters twice per month, same as before installing these. They did NOTHING to change that.Waste of money, maintenance, time - Do Not Recommend.

Great filter

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Great for Well WaterWe’ve been really pleased with this filter so far. Installation was straightforward, and the unit seems sturdy and well made. The automatic flushing feature is especially nice and makes maintenance much easier. It has been doing a great job catching sediment from our well water before it reaches the rest of the house. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade!

Quality product. Great price.

Haven’t been able to install yet, but can tell this is a quality product. I currently only have one spin down filter on my spring fed water system. This addition filter with better filtering will be a great improvement. Durable construction, quality components.
